1. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your Tasskr account and all associated data by contacting our support team at [email protected]. The request must be made from the email address linked to your Tasskr account to verify identity.

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a valid request, we will permanently remove your profile details, tasks, activity history, and any stored metadata tied to your account. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

3. Data Retention for Legal Compliance

Certain minimal information may be retained temporarily if required by law, fraud prevention systems, or security enforcement. Any retained data will be anonymized and inaccessible for user identification.

4. Processing Timeline

We typically process deletion requests within 7–30 business days, depending on account activity volume and legal requirements. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

5. Impact of Deleting Your Account

After deletion, you will lose access to your account, tasks, team workspaces, and any premium benefits linked to your subscription. The action is permanent — deleted data cannot be restored.

6. Deletion Through App Settings (If Available)

If an in-app deletion option is provided in the future, it will appear under Account Settings → Privacy & Data Controls. Any such option will automatically begin the standard deletion workflow.
